For the past 12 years we’ve provided ongoing design, development and support for the main Social Services application across five Northern Ireland Social Care Trusts enabling it to build up comprehensive domain knowledge of social services and care in the community activities and a deep understanding of the needs of the challenges of delivering efficient care in the community and support for Social Services from assessment through service delivery and governance to analysis and monitoring across the full service range of social service from Child Protection to care for the elderly.

Our most recent projects include a comprehensive web-based assessment tool for use by professionals to assess the inter agency needs of children and their families. The tool helps to safeguard children and ensure the service complies with its statutory obligations.
